

Peaton Learning Consultants approached me to create their visual identity - a company of behavioural experts and qualified executive coaches working within consultancy, engineering and infrastructure sectors. Their client roster includes industry leaders like Balfour Beatty and Yorkshire Water.
The challenge was to translate their expertise in behavioural change and organizational development into a visual language that would resonate with their corporate audience while reflecting their values and standards of excellence. Their work, whether delivered individually or as a team, required an identity that could maintain consistency across various professional contexts.
The resulting logo design bridges the human aspect of behavioural consultation with the precision of the engineering sector. It needed to feel equally at home in both boardroom presentations and on-site documentation, speaking to multiple levels of corporate hierarchy while maintaining professional gravitas.
